A founding partner of Feliciano, Seda & Associates, Waleska has been with the firm since its founding in 2006. She currently serves as Director of Operations, where she oversees the firm's internal processes to ensure that each task is executed efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives. She also coordinates team management, promoting an environment of high performance and engagement. Waleska holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus (2000). In 2011, she completed a Master of Taxation degree from Sacred Heart University and obtained her CPA license in 2004.

He is a member of the Puerto Rico College of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA. His previous experience includes working in an accounting office in Aguadilla while pursuing his undergraduate studies, and later at the firm of CPA Juan A. Feliciano Charneco, where he gained experience in accounting, taxes, and auditing of federal funds.

For Waleska, the most rewarding part of her work at the firm is being able to share her knowledge and experience with the next generation of accountants, providing them with the tools they need to achieve their professional goals. She firmly believes that a skilled and motivated team is the foundation of excellent client service.
