Juan Feliciano

Founding partner of Feliciano, Seda & Associates, Juan A. Feliciano has led the firm since 2006, combining his academic background in accounting and extensive industry experience to guide the growth of hundreds of companies in Puerto Rico. As CEO, he is responsible for defining the strategic vision of the business, overseeing the execution of accounting and tax services, and fostering long-lasting relationships with key clients. He also drives the expansion of services and the development of business opportunities, ensuring an ethical, efficient, and results-oriented operation.
With a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2003, Juan is an active member of the Puerto Rico College of CPAs and the AICPA. Before founding FSA, he worked under his father, CPA Juan A. Feliciano Charneco, in areas such as auditing, taxes, and administration. This experience motivated him to acquire and transform the family firm into what is now Feliciano, Seda & Associates.
One of its main achievements has been developing a robust client portfolio in the medical sector, positioning the firm as one of the most recognized in this niche. Its long-term goal is to become the leading accounting firm for medical offices in Puerto Rico. Its main objective is to contribute to the country's economic development and help businesses face the challenges of operating in a changing environment.
